"Lovely property in gated community. Property had all the amenities you could ask for. Property managers were quick to respond, and reached out several times to check on us. Location is a bit far from the golden zone, but if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, then this is your place. Right near the beach, and a short walk to some nice restaurants. I will say this is a 4 bedroom. The double beds are in a hall and not a separate closed off bedroom. "

"We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and had a great time. The condo was modern and clean, well furnished, and in a great location. The peninsula has a beautiful stretch of beach, far from the hustle and bustle of other areas of Mazatlán. If you want nightlife, then this place might not be for you, but for relaxation this condo is hard to beat. Nelly, our host, was very responsive and provided clear instructions and answers to our questions. Juanis, the housekeeper, exceeded our expectations by meeting us after 1am for check-in after an unfortunate flight delay, and by working with us to manage a late departure flight."
