If you want to spend a lot of your time on the Buffalo there are probably closer places, but I was intent on finding a spot where you couldn’t see or hear any neighbors to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. Hasty river is close as well as Jasper. This was exactly what I needed to decompress from a pretty stressful season! "

"This is rare find in such an unpopulated area. This property is located in a tiny village in the Ozark with great accessibility to lots of outside activities. We picked the location for its proximity to the Pedestal Rocks Scenic Area. The interior is newly renovated with modern bathrooms (2), TVs in each bedroom (2) and living room, new appliances including blender, air fryer, microwave and more. There's a screened-in hot tub, plenty of parking in front, dozens of movies on DVD, washer and dryer and on-demand hot water. We had decent cell service on T-Mobile. WiFi in the property was very good. The kitchen was welk-equipped with salt, pepper, a few spices, cooking oil and three (3!) different coffee makers with supplied coffee. Bring groceries as the closest we could find was a 30 min drive. The host was readily available and very helpful. "
