The staff were very attentive and helpful here. I found that it’s more suitable for families as there is not much to do if it’s just one or two people. The area around the hotel is beautiful but more rural as well so there’s not a whole lot to do out there either apart from El Yunque of course, the beach and shops at El Luquillo. I did have an incident at the hotel gift shop where the cashier ran my card then said it didn’t go through and ended up charging it to my room instead. When I checked my statement I saw that it actually was processed. Went back to the gift shop and it was closed for lunch so ended up reporting to the front desk who confirmed that the charge would be reversed to my card but it never was and it was on my final room bill as well. I called several times after I left to get it sorted but only got more promises and run around each time so do beware if this happens to you.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel, the property I gorgeous and the staff was amazing ( every single employee was nice ). I do think the property is big and might need a little more detail/care, other than that we loved it and I would definitely go back !

The pool is extremely gorgeous! There is an 15 min transportation from your bungalow towards the main pool area and free activities for kids and for adults !! I would recommend at least to visit one time ! It’s so relaxing :)

I enjoyed staying here, it is right by the rainforest. Very nice hotel. Everything was convenient and the staff was very professional. The only inconvenience was there was no microwave included in the room you have to order room and the water at the beach was not the clearest.
