Excellent and safe place to stay in Tijuana. Very clean and the staff are so nice! The only downfall was that we didn’t have the option of a free upgrade (we have vip Expedia status) be sure there was no room availability.

I used to stay here in the past, however they've done very little upgrades. The room I was in was disgusting. Raggedy towels, we found two roaches, and they're made forgot towels second day. Probably over 20 times a year on business. Did you not even acknowledge my so-called Gold member status with Expedia. I wasn't offering upgrade, and everything is overpriced. They need to fire the manager or whoever runs this place and start fresh. Breakfast is going downhill too for 20 bucks a plate. I'll be going back to you the Tiquan hotel better.
