"The bed at the citizenm was absolutely fantastic. The sheets were perfect and we loved that the bed was placed directly up to the window so you could gaze out of your window from bed. We also loved how you could change the colors of the night lights and the convenience of the hotel (it was literally a 3 minute walk to the MRT station and to some larger bus stops). Unfortunately the red led light was out for our room so we couldn't have any color that needed red (such as purple, red, orange etc) but overall it was a great experience! The room was also very clean and well kept"

"Had a great stay at Illume Hotel. It was right by two train different train lines which was extremely convenient and the area was very quiet. The gym was also very nice and big. I had a great stay and would be back again! The biggest bonus was that the rooms were huge! "

"A grand and imposing hotel lobby and spotlessly clean rooms and public areas. Fabulous bathroom and toilet facilities which if you're visiting from the UK (as we were), are beyond all expectations. Area was convenient for the MRT stations and a taxi to airport took about 40 mins"

"Best location, across Taipei Main Station (HSR, TRA, MRT and bus) and the hotel connected directly to the underground walkway towards Taipei Main Station via exit M6, underground mall, and connected to many other malls via underground. Easy to find foods, drinks, etc. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and dust free. Towels are clean and smelled fresh. Beddings, too. We will certainly will stay here again."
