"Everything was fantastic on the day of arrival! Check in was easy, the female staff were very polite and helpful. I dined in and that experience was also great! Sadly, when I checked out, things did not go so well. "

"If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip."

"The staff were amazing, the hotel was clean and tidy. Noise stopped about 11pm so was able to fet a good night sleep. The only criticism is they spray air fresher/strong scent in the room. lm someone who has a purfume allergy, so take your histamine with you if your the same."

"It is so handy to QUDOS stadium without being too close. Plenty of places to eat nearby and it was easy to get to on the train. Only suggestion is to have more normal sized pillows rather than 1 normal and the other too big. But that is a small issue in the scheme of things and I would definitely recommend. "
