The Management Front Desk staff is NOT very Bright .. and The Security Guard was Asleep on leaning On the Counter the first time .. and Sitting In a Chair in the Corner asleep the Second Time .. desk Clerk Tried to give Me Someone elses Room Key. Hotel was clean and updated. Well worth the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bare bones. Included in room price so it was ok. Not worth the $19.99 they were charging otherwise. Area around hotel is run down and vacant however Resorts is right outside the door down the street. Hard rock is lap very close but we drive there. I was very happy with the hotel for a one night stay. The room next to us was noisy late at night Into the early morning.

Had a wonderful time the hotel is very close to the hard Rock casino which is where the concert was that I was attending Rob Thomas who is phenomenal the hotel staff was great the rooms were very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wasn't crazy about having to pay for parking $18 a day

Overall, this property was great. I had one issue relating to the laundry. I had to use the Laundry which needed quarters. I needed a few more quarters. I asked the front desk and the desk attendant says that the hotel is cashless. I asked, how can you be cashless if your laundry machines using cash. Luckily for me, another guest had more quarters.

The only concern I had was the mini fridge that I had at room 1515, the mini refrigerator didn’t seem to work at all when I wanted to try to get it to and no matter what I did, it still didn’t cool at all.

Day 4 of our stay, notice when we came back in for the night, our door wasn't locked. We haf left earlier that day and was gone fir over 8 hours and the room door didn't lock, this is very unacceptable. Went down to the front desk and assured us they would sent maintenance up right away after waiting over an hour, went back to front desk and they just moved us to a different room. Please make sure your door is locked when leaving your room. And the worst part we left today and we checked to see if the door lock was fixed and it wasn't, they really didn't care.. Will never stay there again
