"Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She was kind and gracious and gave us a refund as much as she could. Things do happen,we understand, but felt the stay should not have been received knowing it was under construction. "

"The two bedroom, two bathroom house is in a quiet neighborhood nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel mountains in Azusa. The location was convenient to our activities in neighboring Monrovia. The house was presented well in the photos and was comfortable for our stay. Thank you for providing a home for our stay."

"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the area quiet with plenty of parking on the street and in the garage. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and the little back yard was great for the kids. Sunny was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property."
