Happy with Hampton/Hilton

Hotel in excellent position to explore Berlin. Very clean. Great beds and pillows. Bathroom/shower excellent. Breakfast can get busy but be patient! Highly recommend

I stayed for 3 nights for a solo weekend trip. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very decent with many options and available until 11.30am which was great. Location was amazing since it's next to Alexanderplatz. Staff was friendly and helpful. A minor issue was the soundproofing which wasn't great, every morning I could hear the doors of the nearby rooms (7th floor) banging and even feel the vibrations, which disturbed my sleep. Also, one morning there were small flies in the breakfast buffet area which was also not great.

As usual in all Hampton by Hilton hotels a great breakfast. Bar prices are a bit high. But other than that great all the staff are friendly.
