Excellent positionnement
Belle grandeur pour une famille. Excellent positionnement pour se promener, près du métro Brouckère, d'une épicerie et plusieurs restaurants et d'attractions à pied. Déception sur la climatisation, une douche qui coule et l’accès à un balcon comme vu sur les photos.

Not the greatest place
The beds were comfy and it was a super location. There was a leak in the bathroom so we all had to use the ensuite bathroom for the first night - we booked a 2 bathroom unit so we would not have to share, especially when one couple get up several times during the night and have to come into your bedroom all night. The hairdryer was broken and never fixed. We had no AC the first day as it was set to 24 degrees and could not be adjusted. This place is old and worn out but it’s such a good location. It should be taken out of commission for a week and fixed up.

The service was unfriendly, instead of making things easier the contrary, complicated in a way never seen at any other hotel, papers here, forms there, messages, ufff no toilet papers, not a day service was offered. Smells in the corridors

Room was big and clean. Dryer in the basement wasn’t working too well, and the towel rack wasn’t too hot either. But overall amazing location and great accommodations!! Thank you!!

Surprisingly good quality stay for the price
Almost my entire family were staying at this hotel for a marriage in Brussels. We found it of excellent standard. Very clean and well furnished. Centrally positioned in Brussels and convenient for many of the services which we wanted, nearby. Checking in and checking out was hassle-free. Totally satisfied.

Practical location
Very nice, clean, and spacious room, hotel located in the city center close to attractions. The no-reception system is not ideal initially (e.g., cannot enter the building until the key is available, even to leave a piece of luggage), but after you get the key it's very practical.
