The mattress was the worst we had ever TRIED to sleep on. If you need or want to sleep - do not stay here. Room could do with a thorough clean.

On the good side - Bed comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Not so good - Room smelt of cigarettes and because the flyscreens had holes in them, couldn't open windows to air the room. Live Christmas Beetles all over floor both days (we were warned about this). Only couch was very uncomfortable, Couldn't open main curtain in unit because looking straight into covered public sitting area, so very dark. TV remote fixed with a bandaid (indicative of need for serious updating needed). Lift broken down so had to walk with bags up the stairs.

Honestly very poor beds are old smelly and so uncomfortable rooms very dated and lounge from the 40 s parking garage pipes to low very noisey will never return better value 1 klm down road

Generally the stay was OK. The only thing I would comment was a rather strong smell. Could not really tell where it came from ( nor what it was ), but it was definitely there. Both in the room and in the lift ( even stronger ).

Location is pretty good. Everything is close in Canberra so can’t really go wrong. Room was tidy but coffee table could’ve done with a proper clean. Overall not bad but probably stay somewhere else next time. On site parking is good.
