PHENOMENAL!!!! It was our first time in Marrakech and will definitely come back again at this Riad. Christophe and his staff were STELLAR! The customer service was top notch. Every single staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed at many places around the world but the service is the BEST we have ever received. When back in Marrakech, we will only stay here again. View is nice. Some of the staffs are nice. But first they don’t serve bottle water and microwave in the room as usual, charged me $35 to rent the microwave. Second, when I intend to use my credit to buy water in 24/7 store, the staff questioned me about I couldn’t use the credit in the store, which I already checked with the service the credit can be used there. After I put the words there, they let me use the credit. Second time they even questioned me if I paid the resort fee then figured out I’m the platinum membership in Expedia, which made me feel violated and discriminated since I’m a young female.

The view was beautiful and the quality of the toiletries was good. Room was very clean and neat. I thought from the pictures we would have a bench or couch but there was only 1 chair in the room. The heat was messed up but called service and it was fixed very quickly.
