"Apex Grassmarket is an outstanding hotel. Very nice staff that went out of there way to welcome us and make us comfortable...especially Thyna. She went above and beyond in changing our room to one with a walk in shower so I didn't have to step into a very high walled tub to shower. We had a great 4 day stay, comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and very close to the major attractions so walking everywhere was possible. A big plus is some great restaurants, pubs, shopping and a wonderful ice cream shop right across the street. We'll be back next year!!!"

"This hotel is about 15 minutes from the hub of the tourist zone and the area is modern. There is a street about 5 minutes away that has many many good restaurants and a lovely classic Edinburgh pub in Haymarket. Room was super tiny but it was fine."

"We had a lovely time at the Dalmahoy Hotel. The staff were above and beyond, absolutely perfect. From the first step onto the property we felt at ease and were welcomed by all. Thank you to the staff at Dalmahoy and the operating manager. Everyone helped us with a smile and were top notch! From check in, to drinks at the bar, to dinner and breakfast dining staff, housekeeping staff, and at check out. We only wish we could had stayed longer. Our next visit to Scotland will surely require another stay! Thank you for everything and for the post card souvenir of the hotel. Cheers! "
