"It was a bit confusing getting there but overall it was a very nice stay. The beds were soooo comfortable, I loved the pillows & I appreciated that the shower head comes off so you can rinse the tub. Overall, the stay was great I highly recommend Best Western Premier! I also booked my aunt a room and she said she was very pleasantly surprised with her stay, she had an amazing sleep! I would definitely stay again!!"

"My review is atypical in the sense that I had a situation. I had lost a pouch, a sort of mobile petty cash envelope I was traveling with. When I contacted the hotel to see if by any chance it had been found, they were able to share the good news that a fellow guest had found it in the parking lot and turned it in. I had been told how nice the people of Calgary are, but the staff at Hotel Blackfoot went above and beyond. They were responsive, supportive and helped me to retrieve my belonging. Obviously, one never thinks about the 'situation' that might arise, because when traveling for business or pleasure, there are other things on the mind. When something does arise, however, you can learn a lot about yourself and others in their ability and willingness to respond. I had two good meals in the bar, my room was comfortable and clean, but what I'll remember about this property is the people. It's always about the people. "Hello, we frequently travel. We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn. It was close to the airport, with a pool and car parking. Breakfast was included in our stay. Menu is decent. Not a grand menu, but good enough. The hotel staff was friendly. One staff we want to particularly thank is Parminder in the breakfast area. We have a toddler. Travelling with a toddler can be tiring. We were driving from Calgary to Drumheller and coming back. We got up early for breakfast. Parminder made us feel as if we were at home. She made tea for my wife, which was excellent. Parminder brought freshly baked cookies for our toddler which our toddler loved. Pancakes were delicious as well. Generally our toddler is a picky eater. He ate at the hotel. Our family felt very welcomed and well cared for. Parminder offered great customer care. She was polite, respectful, friendly and efficient. Great stay at Days Inn. Thank you."
