We ended up with the wheelchair accessible room which would have been fine except the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. We had to use towels to scoop water back into the shower which was kinda gross. Also feedback for the staffing of the Propak Christmas party - the bartending was woefully understaffed! Only 2 stations and the lines were over 30 minutes long to get a drink. Unacceptable in our opinion. Would think the hotel would want to make more money by selling more drinks. Also the sound system in the banquet room was terrible - we could not hear any of the speeches at all. Needed more speakers in the room

I liked that to enter the above floors on the elevator you must have a key card to click the floor number. It certainly provided an extra level of safety that not anyone could just enter the building levels.
