We had to move to different room for three time. First one the heat wasn’t functioning properly but made very loud noise. The second room, the restroom toilet wasn’t working and caused the flooding in the restroom. The third one, the kitchen sink wasn’t working properly. The staff was nice to help us find another room after another room…..

clean but poorly maintained and lacking a real tv
pretty clean just not well maintained. Faucet sprayed water everywhere when taking a shower,vent in bathroom didn't work but made tapping noise the entire stay and I'm 40 years old and have never seen a worse tv set up. Tv was a little 32" that I couldn't see from bed it sat to the side of the foot of the bed and I'm a TV watcher I ended up having to watch on my phone. it's worth the money for the area but I will spend a few extra dollars to stay next door to them or elsewhere next time

We liked our stay & room. The room was small but had everything one might need. We felt the lobby & entrance was confusing. We weren’t sure we were in a hotel at first. I thought we were in a residencial apartment building. The entrance could be more welcoming. Definitely smoky smell by elevators. Friendly staff

The hotel lacks proper signage to direct guests to the entrance of the hotel. This seems to be a frequent complaint. Viewed from the parking lot, the facility seems uninterested in attracting guests, a regrettable outcome of all two frequent online bookings.

Very spacious room. Nice place to stop on a road trip. Bed was comfy. Fridge and freezer was much appreciated and allowed us to re-freeze ice packs from our cooler. Breakfast was hearty. Would stay here again.

Town place was a great discovery!
Was very impressed by the room. It was like having your own little apt. Very homey. Rooms decorated nicely. Enjoyed breakfast and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Will want to stay at another Townplace!
