"Outstanding experience.. the location is superb for shopping and dining options without weather affecting the day.
The facility is well maintained and food quality’s at the breakfast buffet is one of the best i have ever experienced.
But the staff and attentiveness of the staff the the best category to rave about, from concierge with Subra, to the breakfast buffet staff Ryadh, and all the rest of the team.. to the room service, nothing was more than 5 min to brong to room.
Its by far better than competitive name brands that i am an elite member of.
Would stay there again any time i visit KL.
