We had a very quick trip to Detroit for a football game, and the Foundation was a great spot! Check-in was simple and easy, our room was lovely, employees down at the lounge were wonderful both in the evening, and in the very early morning hours:)

Property is a remodeled building and has a few quirks, but that provides some of its charm. The bar and restaurant are excellent and the staff of the entire hotel are top notch.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay at the Detroit Foundation Hotel! We were in Detroit to take in a Detroit Lions game. The service orientation of the staff is exceptional. The hotel has a very cool vibe, highly recommended. We were greeted warmly by the associate at check-in, valet parking was seamless, the valet was a great help. We stopped for a drink and a meal in the Apparatus Lounge. A big shout out to Jermaine, Adam and Beth for their wonderful service. John was very friendly at checkout. Highly Recommended!
