Quiet, clean and friendly helpful staff

The hotel is not quite central but easy to get too using the Dart trains and close to Aviva stadium if in Dublin for the rugby. About a 20 minute walk to Trinity college or 30 minutes to Templebar or a short taxi ride. The hotel was quiet, clean, with decent sized rooms and bed and very helpful staff. A good cocktail bar is attached. The breakfast was o.k. if not exciting. I would certainly use the hotel again if in Dublin for rugby or business in that part of town.

Great spot

Great location, friendly staff, incredible shower. Shame you’ve to pay for parking if you don’t book directly with the hotel. Was never advised so that’s a bit unfortunate but other than that it was great

Disappointing

We were disappointed in this 4 star hotel. the room was too hot & it was impossible to turn the radiator down or even off. The restaurant was poor, choices on the menu were few & very ordinary. and was the same every evening, forcing us to find somewhere else to eat On Sunday the hotel ran out of butter! We chose the hotel because it had a secure car park. We reserved a Blue badge space in advance and were assured one would be saved. When we arrived the car park was full to overflowing & there were no spaces available at all. We resorted to parking in an EV charging station, the only space available.It was very very narrow.

The Grand Canal was very convenient to getting about the main part of town, and its adjacency to the DART made it easy to get to farther points. The variety of food options, from the daily breakfast to the quick coffee/pick-up food/light lunch in the lobby, to the brewpub attached made it very simple and enjoyable to hang out with my travel companions if we were too tired to venture out. The bathrooms were the nicest I saw on my trip, although I would have loved a bathtub for a soak.
