The service at the hotel and restaurant was excellent. However, the lobby furniture was shabby. The restaurant menu was limited to bar food and quality was ok. Only a few strip mall places to eat within walking distance. While close to air/cruise port, location aroind hotel was poor.

Hotel is a bit dated but clean. Staff weren’t the friendliest. We were told they only served fries and wings in restaurant. Front desk person said restaurants weren’t far (five minutes) which might have been true but you have to walk a long way just to find a crosswalk to get on other side of road. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the airport shuttle.

I stayed here in December and booked through a third party, unaware that they charged a daily parking fee, which was fine. Upon entering the room, I noticed a musty smell, the air conditioning wasn't functioning, and there weren't enough towels. I called the front desk to report the issues and was advised to check the AC, unplug it, and try again. I explained that I had already done that before calling and requested a maintenance visit. It took about 30 minutes of fiddling with the unit until it finally started working before anyone arrived. After going out, I returned to find that I still hadn't received the towels. When I spoke to the front desk staff, they barely acknowledged me, choosing instead to stay focused on their phones, answering my questions without making eye contact. On check-out day, I received my bill and had some inquiries, but the front desk was unable to clarify the charges. Overall, they were quite rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
