Properties are like other properties when someone’s ADA and I knew for check in that I could not be on top floor and they stuck me there if there’s a fire or something an emergency to evacuate I wouldn’t be able to go downstairs because of my disability and I’m unable to walk up and downstairs And they put me on the 11th floor

Booked King bed guaranteed , put us in a two doubles room, not happy, no discount in price. Room was dirty, beds seemed to be old, very uncomfortable. Flies and spyders in the room. To far from airport and cruise terminal.
