Properties are like other properties when someone’s ADA and I knew for check in that I could not be on top floor and they stuck me there if there’s a fire or something an emergency to evacuate I wouldn’t be able to go downstairs because of my disability and I’m unable to walk up and downstairs And they put me on the 11th floor

Bathrooms and carpeting are looking a bit tired, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Stayed here pre-cruise to avoid the astronomical prices of the port hotels and we were very glad we did. The only down for us was the fitness center. They need some ventilation or something in there. The smell of body sweat in there was a major ick.

My stay at this hotel was not pleasant as I enter the property i was not greeted. The representative at the front desk did not greet me, starting asking me my name and ID. He did not share with me the amenities, restaurants, wifi...i didn't know about no wifi until i was in my room. I did not feel welcome at all. I did address the issue with the on duty front end manager and advise the young man need additional training on guest service. The manager advise he will address the issue and apologize for the service i didn't receive.

Very nice pool area, friendly hotel lobby, good vibe all through the property. Clean! Only downside, not much to do outside of the property. But they offering free parking which offset that problem, as long as you have a vehicle.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Julio at the front desk was so nice and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was like a fancy restaurant. Antonio was our waiter for the five days we were there. He made us egg whites and knew exactly how we wanted our coffee. He made sure our cups were always filled with hot coffee. And, the coffee was delicious! He was so nice. The selection for breakfast was better than most hotels we’ve been to. The rooms were large and very clean with a huge TV. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Ft. Lauderdale. Such a great experience. We loved it!!!!

Old and dated rooms. Restaurant only serves breakfast. No restaurant that serves full lunch or dinner. The only things positive about the hotel are the pool, free parking and house keeping staff. No microwave in the room. Only 1 microwave for the entire hotel on the 3rd floor. Check out was 11am but they cut off wifi at 10.45am.
