The first room was dirty and smelled like a dog was in it along with a sewage smell. The second room had hair all over the bathroom and housekeeping did not clean the room upon my request. Me and my daughter ended cleaning the room ourselves. The water was cold/luke warm when we took our shower. This was the worst hotel experience!

Terrible airport shuttle experience
I stayed in this hotel for the location/airport shuttle for our early morning flight. Horrible shuttle experience. You schedule your time but staff tell people to just show up… so when we arrived as suggested 15 minutes prior to departure shuttle was completely full of people that did not schedule shuttle service for the time slot. Almost missed our flight because we waited for a second shuttle that would be there in 5 minutes which was a lie because it was the same shuttle driver that made a trip to/from the airport. Then went to another hotel. What a mess and what a terrible experience. Won’t stay there again.
