"We had an amazing time. Carolyn was very attentive and clearly cares about the details. The house had everything we could possibly think of. The kids never ran out of games to play. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. I’m a blanket person and there were plenty of extra blankets and bedding. The beds were big and comfy. The dock is well kept and outdoor amenities were lovely. Plenty of seating. The kids loved going out on the paddle boat, fishing off the dock, sitting by the fire pit and making smores. Carolyn let us know about several events in the area during our stay and even let me know when the pelicans made an appearance on the lake, which was very cool to see. We will definitely be back. "

"Comfortable! The beds, pillows, comforter. The most important part of a room was the vest. I like how the room is separated into a living area and bedroom area. I would definitely stay again. "

"This unique house was so much fun to stay in! Everything was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was huge! And it was easy to find everything we needed for meals. The welcome snacks were a lifesaver as I was fixing dinner for two hungry kids. The kids enjoyed the balconies and porches (after the surprise cold front passed on by). This location is perfectly situated between Glen Rose and Granbury. We had a couple of meals at the recommended restaurants in Grandbury and spent several days at the various Dinosaur excursions in Glen Rose. What a fun, memorable visit!The homeowner was extremely responsive and kept in touch during our visit, but was unobtrusive. In fact, they came by to put the trash cans out by the street and I never even knew they'd been there. I would highly recommend this location for a fun, unique experience. It's my first time to step inside an A-frame house and it was pretty cool! Thank you for sharing your space with us."
