First time in Hawaii I was worried but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Location was amazing. The staff the best I have experienced ever. I am 55 and the services were impeccable. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing on a daily basis. I was so impressed and that takes a lot. I only have great things to say. I will be back. Thanks for renewing my faith in the hospitality community!

Great hotel in Waikiki
Great location for beach, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Hotel very nice and clean. Parking within(extra charge). Staff very friendly. Manny please go home! Pool is very small and imbedded between two buildings with no sunlight.

This is an average hotel and is in need of a refresh. Pool and hot tub lacking in space and location. Rooms are comfortable enough but balcony is useless due to lack of size. Staff service and friendliness was good which helped. Location of the hotel is adequate, though noisy as it’s on a major bus route.

When we got the room there was a flood fan in the room blowing and the sliding glass door was open. There were no shower towels stocked and also part of the roof was coming apart. Tried to call down multiple times and no answer, and when brought to their attention it still took them a while to send someone to take care of it. Overall was very disappointed with the stay!

The place is a bit old but well maintained, they provided us beach towels each time we requested. Love the location, lots of places are in walking distance (beach, restaurants, malls, buses, other Hawaiian attractions) from the hotel. My only complaint that it’s get very loud at night do to the location so earplugs if you want to get a good night sleep.

The exceptional staff was fantastic -- everyone had a smile and addressed any question asked. The property itself was so nicely located -- quiet but also very close to everything in Waikiki. I did not use the pool or hot tub but checked it out -- very small but would be great for little kids. Adults? Not so much but when the ocean is close by, who cares? Also, the rate was great considering how close it is to everything. Thumbs up!
