"I had lovely night stay on 9/05/25 lovely clean hotel and beds cofmy and nice clean rooms did not really any noise either, only prob I had was on 8 floor did email hotel couple weeks b4 to say need ground floor but never answer my email, and don’t do lifts so at walk up 8 flights stairs it was bit much that was my only downfall "

"The hotel and the celebration evening for 1968 European cup winners was fantastic staff at hotel could not be more helpful Wish I could say the same for Expedia I booked hotel with them back in October for £170 when a match was due on the Saturday the game was changed to the Sunday and the price reduced to £107 I paid in October I believe Expedia pay 7 days before so win win for Expedia did try complaining on app with virtual agent and real agent but app not very customer friendly "
