We absolutely loved our stay at the Omni Resort and Spa at Amelia Island! It was a last minute reservation and we were not disappointed! Everything was exceptional, from the staff to the transportation(shuttle), to the variety of restaurants and shops! We had a blast!

Spa Sensation

The SPA at OMNI was the highlight of our trip. This was our second time coming to the Omni resort, and we returned because of the incredible experience we had the first time at the Omni spa. This time, we got an incredible couples massage by Ramon Rivera and Sean Lauer, which left us relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free! Ramon and Sean were courteous, professional, highly-competent, and made us feel at-ease throughout the experience. We will definitely be requesting them again in the future. The manager on duty, Jennifer, helped us resolve a scheduling issue and took great care of us as well. We will be coming back next month for two visits and this time will bring our friends. We cannot wait for our next trip to the Omni spa!!!

I love the conveniency of the resort. Our original room was on the first floor and rugs felt very wet. I asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with a beautiful room on a higher floor. The restaurants were great and everything we ordered was delicious.

I appreciated the calm and beauty of Amelia Island. It is great that the resort has several amenities and has beautiful access to the beachfront. The spa was very enjoyable, I spent a good number of hours there. The shuttle service is great and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights and used their spa facility. We did facials and massages which were great! The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet and room service was great! The employees from front desk, spa facility, room service were all very polite and helpful! We will definitely come back and recommend the Omni!!!

We went to the Omni Amelia with our 3 kids and had a blast. The indoor pool was great since it was really cold when we were there. The shuttle was quick and easy to use. Our room was great and they provided a pack-n-play for us. We love the Omni.

Not worth the money

Room not ready on check-in. Moved to a different room. Made to feel that it was somehow my problem that the hotel was accommodating an entire football team and therefore unable to accommodate my reservation. Room service was terrible. No condiments or dressing given. Food cold. Very expensive for the quality.
