Everything was very good except for the bed. It was not comfortable and the duvet with the duvet cover was just too hot.

The hotel has an ideal location, but don't expect room service or all restaurants to be available on a holiday even if your welcome letter says they are. Rooms are good sized and well appointed overall, but lacking odd things - no glasses, just 2 paper cups; no info on TV or in room about where things such as the pool are located. Room to improve.

Great location, for a Hilton to take over.
No valet, no bellhop, must park in parking garage at convention center and none of which they tell you in person or online. Room was dusty and many areas of the room have not ever been cleaned. Zoom in on photos and you can see what I’m talking about. One of the three restaurants is only open for breakfast, the other two only take walkins to sit/stand at bar as they only seat you in the dining room with a reservation; even with empty tables everywhere. Not at all customer friendly and definitely don’t care you are staying at hotel.

We loved the room. Very clean and quiet. However, there was construction at the front entrance and we had to ask a construction worker how to enter the building. Then we had a hard time finding the entrance to the garage. After construction is finished things should be great!
