Overall we were pleased with our stay. The staff were pleasant, the main areas were clean, and the hotel was beautiful. However, we were a little disappointed in our room. First, we paid for a strip room and got put in a “wedge” room on the back side with no view. And the cleanliness of the room was questionable- the soaking tub had a gross water line half way down and a film you could feel all around it, the carpets were dirty, and there were holes in the wall. The bathroom was also a little clumsy in that you couldn’t get to your towels without getting water everywhere; you had to step all the way out and around the door since the only rack was behind it.

I didn’t like that we had to put a big deposit on the room when it wasn’t stated that amount on my end. I didn’t like that our room wasn’t clean the bathtub was nasty, most of the light switches were also.. I did love the view of the room, but I didn’t like that the room looked terrible for the price.. wood was broken on desk where the tv was at. I just believe the room could have been a lot better than what I was offered.

Arrived late at night at the hotel. Within 10 mins of checking in we realized that one of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged. Asked to change rooms but was told they were fully booked and will have someone come look at it. We stayed for 3 nights and until the moment we left the hotel, no one came and looked at this problem. Also noticed 2 pieces of hair on the bed so called housekeeping to change bedsheets and asked for dental kit. No one ever came during the entire stay. The third day we called the housekeeping again to come change our towels, and again, no one came. The hotel also has no coffee machine or water kettle in the rooms. When we checked out, we couldn't do express check out because they automatically charged over $200 for using the minibar items where none were used we so had to line up and ask them to do an inventory check. On the last day, the lights in the room just all went out and could not be turned on. Had to call again to have the system restart. The hotel also had no records of any of the calls or requests I made in the system. Was told that we should always head to the hotel lobby to make requests in person so it can be documented. This is ridiculous because the rooms are super far from the lobby and there is always a line. Overall amenities and location of hotel is great but the service and conditions needs to be improved.
