Overall we were pleased with our stay. The staff were pleasant, the main areas were clean, and the hotel was beautiful. However, we were a little disappointed in our room. First, we paid for a strip room and got put in a “wedge” room on the back side with no view. And the cleanliness of the room was questionable- the soaking tub had a gross water line half way down and a film you could feel all around it, the carpets were dirty, and there were holes in the wall. The bathroom was also a little clumsy in that you couldn’t get to your towels without getting water everywhere; you had to step all the way out and around the door since the only rack was behind it.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the beds comfortable as well. The smell of the casino as you walk in is very distinctive, inviting! The only knock on the resort is the walking distance from casino to the Strip.

Property is actually off the strip so the “strip view” rooms are poor but expensive. Walls are paper thin and noise is excessive. Really pricey for the experience.

Good stay in a tower suite overall, but had to switch rooms after one night. They initially put us in a room with known bad TVs so we had to switch. Second room mini bar fridge was inop. Still a nice property and good service, but starting to show its age.

Property was amazing. We loved that our bags were picked up straight from our room at check out and held for pick up so we could enjoy the day before heading to the airport. You have to scan your key just to get to the elevators, very safe. Very clean. Definately will be back,

Nice hotel with great dining on site. Room was great and very tech oriented. Check in process was confusing trying to use the app. Jumped through all the hoops to get the app set up and still had to wait in line to get my room. Would stay again.
