Very busy hotel. Noisy at times. Food was very good but pricy. Extremely difficult with Thrifty car rental as I booked with the travel package and did not receive a vehicle as did many other people the wait was very long and we all told it would take up to and hour to an hour and a half for a car I went to another car rental agency and had to pay more. I will never book a package deal again and I will never ever use Thrifty to rent a car. They had a chance a blew it. I’m done with them.

From the rude and unhelpful front desk agent to the wallpaper peeling off the walls in the hallway to our room. We could not tell we were in a resort much less the Bellagio. We had upgraded to a Stay Well Premier room and there was supposed to be shower enhancements etc. Not only was there none of that the shower pressure was horrible and the makeup mirror light kept shorting out. The bed was quite comfortable. The restaurants were nothing spectacular. We found ourselves eating outside of the resort our whole trip. There were a large amount of children there which was disappointing.
