Overall enjoy staying here. Room was clean with exception of a couple stray hairs in my bed and in restroom. More check-in and check out staff to avoid long waits. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious. The jetted tub is a nice addition to the standard shower.

The room was decent, nice to have a kitchenette & the valet/ bell staff were very friendly however there was a dirty towel in the closet, you are not able to use the balcony & no house keeping for 2 days. The front desk staff was not very friendly and the resort fees are stupid & expensive especially in the winter when the pool is closed, no hot tub..

Palms Place is a nice, less expensive option at the end of the strip. There’s a mix of owned condos and rooms for guests. I stayed there in 2012 when it was fairly new and it was impressive at that time. Now, it just needs to be updated. It’s pretty clean. The kitchen in the room is a nice amenity. The room with the strip view was nice enough. I didn’t feel unsafe. It’s also nice to be able to walk straight to the Palms Casino as well. There are many luxurious cars parked by the valet daily.
