Our spacious home offers multiple sitting areas and 3 private bedrooms, perfect for couples, families, or professionals on a work trip who need their own space. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The updated bathrooms feature marble countertops and plenty of plush towels.

Our location can't be beat - just blocks away from shops and restaurants, less than a mile from UK's football and baseball stadiums, and a 5 minute Uber ride downtown. We're also a 15 minute drive from Keeneland and the airport. Don't forget to stock up at the nearby Kroger, Walgreens, and Liquor Barn.

Great house for a UK visit!
This is a great 3-bedroom house that was perfect for our family of five staying there for a UK football game. The house is spacious and very nice and it's just a short walk to the football field. Seth was great and the house was well appointed with very comfy beds! Will definitely stay there again for the next trip to a UK game!

We were totally impressed with everything about this VRBO property. Great location and close to downtown Lexington. it was everything we'd hoped for and enjoyed the home inside and out. It has a great outdoor space in the backyard and a wonderful swing on the front porch to relax on. Would definitely recommend and return!

Just want to say what a beautiful, cozy, adorable cottage. Spacious inside and we absolutely loved the front porch, especially the porch swing, and the back porch with the fire pit at night. Very comfortable and cozy older home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to downtown restaurants. Master bedroom suite /bathroom was updated and nice shower. Only disappointment was the lack of dresser and "closet" is open shelf in attached laundry room. Enjoyed the family room, nice leather couch and chair. Very attractive living and dining room! Well cared for, and landscaped property, with long driveway, for parking. Felt safe in a very quiet neighborhood.

This is our second stay at this adorable home. It’s very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Close to UK’s campus, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, restaurants and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised with the ping pong table in the garage this time! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful to share with adult children
The layout of this home worked really well for us and our two adult children. We loved the private primary suite downstairs, while our children occupied the upstairs rooms. Our bed was SO comfortable. We were out and about most of the days we were in Lexington, but when we came back “home” we would settle right in. We only prepared simple meals, but had plenty of room to do so and the layout of the kitchen worked well for 4 adults to move about in it at the same time. Seth communicated wonderfully with us about our reservation and any needs that we had. We would definitely rent this property again on future visits!

The house is perfectly situated in quiet neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants and stores. All the bed rooms are large and well laid out. Six dear friends visited Lexington for horse racing (Keeneland), bourbon distillery tours and tastings, shopping, food and time together. Perfect October weather. The house was covered all our needs-comfy beds, well stocked, beautiful patio w/fire feature to enjoy the cool evenings. Walking distance to a few shops, restaurants, coffee and grocery.
