This hotel provides excellent value for money if staying at Heathrow. It is clean, comfortable and always feels safe. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet. The staff at reception were cheerful and very helpful dealing with problems I had with the TV remote and connecting to the internet. There is also a good local bus service to the airport.

It’s not as near to the airport as I would have liked and you have to pre book a taxi in the morning otherwise you have to wait up to 45 minutes for one, buses only come 1 time per hour… it’s a little bit of a pain- but hotel served it’s purpose. Rooms are super tiny!

I had booked and paid for a room, but when arrived, there was about 80 people in the lobby trying to check in. They're sent there by the airline who's flight was cancelled. They each needs to fill out paperwork. I asked to get checked in, but the clerk would not let me be checked in first. I explained that I have already paid the room and all he needs to do is to give me the keys. He would not.and is very rude. I asked for a refund

It was exactly as promised. A clean overnight hotel with easy access to Heathrow. Limited eating options on site but it was perfect for our needs. Simple box rooms but comfortable and clean

You get what you pay for. Very dated utilities, uncomfortable bed and small space BUT we only needed it for a one night stay to catch our flight the next morning. Staff were friendly, they informed us about details regarding a shuttle bus to Terminal 5.

Staff was great, it's a convenient public bus ride from the airport, however if you choose to use the shuttle service, it's 3rd party and costs £7. The room was so small that I couldn't get my luggage rolled past the bed because the wall was so close to the bed. The carpet was stained and still had mud or something all over it. Paint was marked all over the place. The bathroom was excessively dark. When I got to the hallway that my room was in, it was so dirty and in need of paint etc. that I thought it was under remodeling or something - nope, that's just how it is. The bar keep was very sick, she kept coughing, but was handling drinks / food anyway.
