The drain was blocked. The staffs were trying to fix but no joy. There are not shuttle buses of this hotel. You need to use another hotel shuttle bus.

Macao for two.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, our room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and some questionable stains on the carpets. On a positive note, the room was well serviced and the bathroom was quite nice. The location is convenient, being close to the ferry terminal, though there isn't much else in the immediate vicinity.

I actually tried to find a fault with this property and there was nothing I could find the room was elegant. Well appointed the reviews were astounding always pay the extra for a sea view. It’s way worth it. I looked at the other reviews and they were very good and They never let me down. The Internet was good. The housekeeping was amazing. The people were friendly with a hot tub, which is unusual and beautifully done.

lovely luxurious suite
Lovely 2 bedroom suite. Luxurious and clean. Unfortunately upon entering, there was an obvious scent of cigarette smoke odour in the apartment even though its stated as a non smoking one. As we were unable to change the room as it was the only one of its type, hotel housekeeping provided 2 air ionisers to help remove the cigarette odours - which worked quite well for the 2 bedrooms.

Huge rooms and location was close to the ferry. Staff were lovely. Outside of the hotel us looking a little worn but inside is lovely. There’s steps and a bridge to get over the room which is a little tricky if you have a pram etc. if using the buses to get around.
