Check in could not find my reservation. Clerk indifferent to the problem. Told me I needed to call Expedia to resolve. I insisted not my problem as I had a confirmation. The Clerk finally call Expedia and 45 min later had a confirmed reservation from Expedia.

I liked that this was close to the keys and the national forest. I didn't like the door at the bottom had big gaps and I didn’t like that there were zero sound barriers. On the second day we killed a roach walking on the desk top of the TV. So the last day we opted out. Checked out early and went to Miami and paid for a night in a much better hotel.

Best avoid. Do not stay unless desperate.
They advertise breakfast both online and on the building's sign, but they do NOT have breakfas. No reasoning was offered for this. They keys do not work well; we had to try no less than 25 times to enter the room. The tub was dirty, the bath towels had other people's hair in them, and it was either Gold Bond or powdered sugar on the TV stand. The shower had no temperature control; it was only scalding. The only good things were that there was no carpet, and it was quiet.

Pros: Great location. Coffee and hot waters are available 24 hours in the lobby. Picknick tables,benches and grills in the court yard. Many restaurants and a outlets mall are nearby. Cons: The mattress is old and saggy. All four pillows on the bed are the same, no difference in thickness, softness or hardness. Some guests are noisy, a lady was frequntly yelling her son's name outside of their room loudly at 11pm.
