We chose this property as it is extremely close to the airport. Yes, you will hear some jets taking off. It’s not so bad in the room at all. I am a light sleeper and it didn’t wake me at all. They have a shuttle from the airport. I would suggest getting directions as to where to pick up the shuttle. It was a bit difficult as a first time traveler to the Miami airport. The property is very clean well-maintained nice seating area in the lobby and for the breakfast that is included. The breakfast was so so , not the best but better than just a continental breakfast. There really isn’t anywhere there to walk to for dining or shopping so a car or an Uber would be necessary. There is however a shuttle provider for a very reasonable price will take you to the port and also arrange for your return trip to the airport from the cruise port. A real plus was that we had an extremely early flight and arrived there quite early for our check-in and the girl at the desk was kind enough to let us into our room as soon as it was ready around 11 AM. We were very thankful for that courtesy.

Outstanding Employee Kaleb….

Upon arriving, the desk attendant Kaleb was very busy. He effectively handled check ins, snack purchases, inquiries from guests and questions from pizza and Uber drivers. He is outstanding. I highly recommend a raise in Salary for this outstanding employee.

Stayed here for a night post-cruise and it was great value. We got a suite with two beds and a pull out couch that accommodated our group of 6. Staff were very friendly and airport shuttle was convenient. Pool area is plain with very old furniture that was falling apart and the hot tub wasn’t hot/working. The rooms were great though, well appointed with good furniture.

Super loud with security issues

My wife and I were just there for 2 nights before our trip to Key West and Aruba. Made a mistake staying this close to the airport. Airport shuttle took 45 minutes! It was LOUD directly under the flight path of Miami airport. AC was super loud and heard excitable kids in pool until 11pm. Rooms have inadequate soundproofing. Nice bedsheets and newer towels. Breakfast was decent. Didn’t feel safe in this hotel. We ordered pizza from the front desk recommendation. We called and ordered once we got to our room. Then, they delivered directly to our room because the front desk guy says this is normal. They do this all the time. We didn’t feel comfortable. For security reasons, we would rather pick it up and meet the delivery guy at the lobby. We think only hotel guests and employees should have access to the elevators, hallways, stairs especially rooms! The next day, there was a flyer from another pizza place stuck under our door! We were shocked and told the front desk guy about this. He said “don’t order from them, they’re scammers!” So, why are scammers roaming around our floor/hallways? Will never recommend this place.
