Property was clean, however customer service was horrible. They didn’t have our room ready in time, and when we asked for the manager, they didn’t even come. There were no towels available in the morning to shower. Phone lines were not even available and even if it was in some rooms they would not answer.

The room was ok and the bed was nice. The shower didn't work properly. The front desk didn't offer a viable solution and refused to compensate us for not having a working shower. We had to move on to our next destination so we didn't have time to dispute it with them in person. They were dismissive and didn't care. The pool was kinda dirty and had cigarette butts floating in it.

The bathroom was pretty bad due to the shower curtain smelled like BO and the floor of the tub had air pockets under it as well as not being able to have a proper gage on what way to turn the handle for the water temperature. Other than that it was actually great

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. However we had to pay extra for a resort fee and we didn't use the pool. There wasn't much to the "resort" area. We also had to pay extra for parking. Also, there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. It would have been a better value if the parking was included and you didn't have to pay extra because they had a pool. " Resort fee"

Location was great. On the water. Clean rooms. Electronic door card didn't work almost every night Lamp in they room didn't work the entire stay. Elevator broke down. Was bad to carry a full suit case down 4 levels of stairs

Surprised by a $27 "resort fee" at check in, that's never mentioned before. Then a $24.40 parking fee per day. Bathtub was like riding ocean wave...really! No coffee maker in room and restaurant didnt open until 11am.....checkout time. Mini-frig too small to hold take-out boxes. On the plus side, tv was huge property was clean, and pool area great. Beautiful location on shore of waterway.
