Pre Cruise Stay x2 Days

Arrived in FL 2 days before a week long cruise out of Miami, this was a comfortable hotel and a great location to get to all our needs and destinations, breakfast was good both days, the area that it was located in was a bit tight with a large amount of people trying to get to the food and coffee, tables were very close to the line going thru breakfast area so it was hard to pass by, everything else was great

Nice staff. Hotel not so nice. Dirt and smelly.

It was not clean. Carpets, sofa, corridors, towels all had dirt. We stood in a room where the ceiling of the bathroom over the toilet was coming down in pieces! And feces because the damage and odor was coming from a leaked toilet on the floor above us. The people there is very friendly and respectful but the hotel itself needs improvements

The only frustrating part was the airport shuttle. It took 4 calls to finally get a ride after being promised a ride each time in 15-20 min. We waited an hour.

It’s a convenient hotel. Pros: Free hotel shuttle drop off and pick up every hour and complimentary shuttle to nearby Airpark Plaza with shops like Burlington, Publix and restaurants like Fresh Pick and Burger King. Hotel restaurant runs from 4pm-10pm (only). Very good breakfast with many options. Outdoor patio by the lake was very nice and relaxing, except when the smokers come out :( Hotel staff were okay, one receptionist in particular was outstanding, always pleasant and super helpful. Cons: very dated facilities. Toilet did not work well for us and we were here for 8 nights. Smells funny. The elevator really sucks and takes forever. No Netflix available only regular TV. Internet connection was not great even when we connected our fire stick it was not able to stream properly.

Arrived to hotel 12:45 am. *Front desk was missing for an hour. Me and my family could not check in until 2Am the front desk person was not there! When he finally came, he said he was outside! I just wanted my room keys at this point because we were tired and traveling with a one year old.

Great stay!

Great hotel, clean and modern. Superb free breakfast with hot food. Bar is great, and live the happy hour prices. The patio overlooking the bay is very nice and relaxing. Plus superb close to the airport. I highly recommend!

Great Reception staff but terrible hotel

The only thing I liked about the hotel is the reception staff. hotel needs a lot of improvement and money invested back in. Found fleas and mosquitos in the room and the beds were smelly and dampness. There was constant problem of breakfast refilling and it was same all the four days while we stayed. A very congested place for breakfast. The hotel shuttled made us wait for 30 mins although it was supposed to be at top of the hour. I will not recommend the hotel, as there are multiple choices around within the same price bracket. Even we stayed there but they charged is $80 for days parking.
