Well they fraudulently charged my debit card with a “hospital donation” that I was not aware of or agreed too. They also changed my room from a double queen to a king upon check in. Also the furniture in the room was really worn out and scratched up. I didn’t expect any of this to happen at a Trump resort. It was disappointing.

No hot water in my room
No hot water in my room. I took two cold showers. I didn't have time to wait for the hot water to get fixed when I jumped in the shower. It did start working later in the evening after I returned from my dinner. But didn't help for my first shower. Then the next morning, cold again.

For the cost, I didn't feel there were any extra benefits/perks to this resort. Though the staff/service was incredible, the resort is very dated (with the exception of the front lobby). The distance from the resort to the beach was great. If you don't want to ask for a hair dryer and wait a couple hours to receive it, bring your own. The elevators (4) are very slow and most of the time it felt like only 1 was running. There was dining and bar service on the beach and pool side - that was very nice. I knew better than to take anything from the snack and beverage bar within my room, but for others that don't know - if you don't want to pay for these items, don't eat/drink them. There wasn't any signage posted and I can see where that might upset someone. The toilet paper is very rough and thin - not what I expected in such a "high end" hotel/resort. Not a lot to do in the area if you're looking for shopping you have to make a little drive - if you're looking to eat outside of the resort, same situation. So you can use an uber or call for your car if you used the valet services. After tips it probably all equals the same. This wasn't a horrible experience, but I would not make another reservation.

This place probably looked good in the 80s definitely needs renovation, no smart TV’s, breakfast is not worth it at all, no food, rooms are dirty it all looks old

This hotel was terrible. Everything is outdated. There were no restaurants because of renovations too there kitchen except an outside grill open for lunch and dinner. We were not told that when we checked in. You could order room service at a very high price of course! The elevators broke down one day and I was on the 20th floor. A maid finally let me on the freight elevator that came out in the kitchen!

It was nice. The hotel is located amongst billionaire row. Great shopping and dining. The hotel needs a refresh. This hotel is not owned by the Trump organization. This hotel does not compare to the Vegas or New York locations. I booked with Expedia and was charged state sales tax and occupancy tax twice. Either Expedia or the hotel double dipped.

Resort was very comfortable very spacious, property was super clean and food service was quick. Overall stay was 10/10 however they had hidden fees that I was unaware of which I recieved at check out and added up to be pretty expensive. I would look closer at the website and prices per day
