The staff was really helpful however they did mention that they were going through a lot of change. The reservation system that they had previously used was canceled with no transfer of the old reservations to the new. So they showed no reservations for all the customers that had previously registered before April 20. There’s very limited eating within the restaurant and to top it off the hot water was off and so cold showers for all in the morning The staff was very professional in all of the issues that happened however management really needs to take a look at the level of quality in this Wyndham

Booked a room with a King Bed and received a double. When talking to the front desk they were unbothered and unwilling to change my room. The room I was given was located near the elevators and had an additional door leading directly to the room next to mine. The snoring and conversations from next door were as clear as if they were in my room. That and the combination of a busy elevator area made for terrible sleeps the entirety of my stay.
