I absolutely LOVE this place. You are remembered and not just a number. The hotel is always amazing and beautiful. The views are incredible. Easy walk to most everything anyone would ever need. Herb Brooks restaurant is across the street and it's hard to not love his eats. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys the finer things at a decent price!! Upscale digs for sure

I thought the parking was not the best. I went during a time when there was an event in the park so I had to pay for valet parking which was $40 but flexible. Had I known the price of parking I would have factored that into my search for hotels that may have offered a cheaper or free parking option. Not a lot of shopping options. It was clean, affordable and a beautiful lobby and pleasant staff.

The valet service was top notch and a lifesaver when all of the parking ramps in the area were full. The service was the best I've ever received. The beds are so comfortable. Not modern but still very clean and homey feeling in the rooms.

The hotel is way over priced and the staff is nice but they complain to there customers. Additionally it says free breakfast....nothing is free, no coffee, no water. To be honest they did to up there game because it was not a good experience with asking for money for any and everything.

Maybe better next time

Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. However no matter how much we adjusted the thermostat the room temp was freezing, even when insulating curtains were closed.
