Not up to Hyatt Place standards!

The hotel was slightly rough around the edges. We had four stink bugs in our room. Initially scared me before we identified what they were. I think it could use a spruce up. For example, when you look along the bathroom cabinet where it meets the carpet, you can see dirt and debris along there and in the crevices of the air unit. Just a little rough and not used to seeing these issues at a Hyatt Place.

Horrible Experience. Do NOT Recommend!

Our stay was absolutely terrible. The AC did not work. The shower barely put out water. The food at breakfast had mold on it. The staff offered no refunds or help with the situation. The photos online were extremely deceiving.

This hotel is close to Opryland. Customer service was GREAT! However, the room was very basic and not what I’m used to when staying in a Hyatt Place. It seems like an old hotel that they turned into a Hyatt Place. It just felt old.

If you go to Opryland Hotel, this is a great location super close. Also if you are going to downtown is close. They advertise housekeeping every 2 nights, well we never got it. We Stay 3 nights and anything. I assume that you have to request it. Breakfast was good. My only request is however is doing the dishwasher make sure they are completely clean and able to use it again. Also put a sign about the entrance of the hotel, at the same time we ended to the other hotel because it is confusing which of the 2 roads to take to go this hotel.

Not too shabby!

It was decent. The area was a little sketchy. Wish there was a better way to get to the street when walking. The woman at the receptionist desk wasn't very inviting. Not rude either though. I think you should put all people with pets on one floor. I heard a dog barking all night. There was a hashbrown on the floor in one of the elevators for almost 2 days straight. The beds need to be changed to memory foam. The springs were a bit dated. The bathroom is very tiny. Could barely close the bathroom door without stepping on the side of the toilet. Not a great stay but not a horrible one either. The guy who did the night shift was great. The woman who did the breakfast was amazing. Give her a bonus.
