Horrible experience. They thought l wasnt a guest. I assume its because i was black and they thought i didn't pay for my room. I only stayed one night. When l went to eat, security tuened off my keys and wouldn't let me back in my room. Even after I showed them my driver's license. They still didnt believe l paid for my room. Very bad experience. I would like to speak to their management. Very bad Christmas Eve.

STACYE at the front desk was the first person we met as we checked in. She was very polite, patient, and pleasant every time we saw her, even though she had to work on Thanksgiving. Zack was also delightful and helpful. Tammy showed us artwork, and the minute clock in the lobby. Every person had a smile on their face.
