"We had our family stay here for Duke graduation. It worked out great with space for all. Very thoughtful touches throughout the house and the place was immaculate. Very well thought out. Perfect location to Duke and downtown Durham. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend. 10 out of 10"

"The receptionist was awesome, friendly and helpful. The website said the pool wasn’t open yet which was untrue for guests staying there, it was closed for visitors until a later date. VIP included breakfast which was very limited but coffee plentiful, and the host for breakfast was delightful. They stored my luggage for a few hours, it felt safe and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating!"

"Property looks good on pictures but was not well maintained. Coffee table and ottoman were low quality and shaky, one of the two showers did not work, no curtains in primary bedroom so it was quite bright even with blinds down. We contacted the host about the issues with the shower not working but did not get a resolution even a full week after checkout. We asked about whether there was coffee and received an incorrect response that there was a Keurig coffee maker when it was an Amazon brand drip coffee maker. "
