The staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers lot of entertainment during our staying. Place was clean. My husband and i were very impresses. My daughter who is only 8yrs comments how clean and nice the place was. Definitely planning my staying there.

Amazing Mini Vacation.

Room was clean, smelled fresh. Hall way was neat. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing. Super centric close to all stores restaurants and amusement parks. Staff was amazing can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The entire resort would benefit from better maintenance and a much higher level of cleanliness. While the property has potential, it feels outdated and neglected. With improvements in upkeep and attention to detail, the overall guest experience could be much better.

Check in was quick and easy. Pool was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. There were problems with the elevator while we were out for the day and fixed when we returned. Would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect-close to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

I had to change rooms three times because two had a musty odor. The rooms need updating, and the AC was leaking, leaving water on the carpet. The pool and breakfast were good, and the staff were very friendly.

Favorite place to stay in Kissimmee

I luv this Hotel. Nice staff, clean and plenty of breakfast options to choose from. The staff is nice and friendly especially the ladies from the breakfast area. This is my go to place. My kids luv the pools they have here. Thankfully there's 3 to choose from.
