The hotel was not very accommodating - there was window cleaners set up outside the room (no view), parking was $30 USD and late check out not available. The outdoor pool area was great for kids.

Staff here were incredible, from time I checked in until the time I checked out the front desk staff, door men/women, and housekeeping were all fantastic. The room was extremely clean, updated and HUGE. I've never stayed in a room so large with the full kitchen, dining room and patio overlooking the pools. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen at the end of the hall. Room came with a coffee maker which i didn't have to use because they provided 2 daily starbucks coffee or bottled water at the lobby bar each day, the only issue was that they didn't start until 7am which was fine most days but the day I was flying out. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beware they charge you additional hidden fees

The hotel was very nice, but... I booked for four nights, and when I checked in I was told needed to pay an additional $125. This is one of those places that has fair rates, but jacks them up without notifying you in advance. Very unprofessional for a Hilton.

Overall the property was good. A lot of activities for kids, if you are a couple traveling without kids this might not be sufficient for you. On the other hand if you are traveling with children this is ideal for you. I expected more working bars and restaurants since it is a resort. Also everything closed at 9pm. You will need to pay for parking at $25/night. Resort fees for four days an additional $100.00
