First, the bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, despite the hotel’s name, there was no handy shower option for kids, making bath time difficult. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. It was extremely loud throughout the night, and our kids had trouble sleeping, which made the stay exhausting rather than relaxing. We had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations.

The hotel is amazing! The customer service and the staff working inside the hotel are very kind and friendly, always willing to help. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and perfect for families with children. I was truly impressed! The breakfast is very complete, offering several options, and the staff in that area are super friendly! I was very pleased with my stay, and when I return to Orlando, this hotel will be my first choice! Thank you!
