We went there because it was the cheapest hotel around MCO at the time. They advertised a free shuttle on Expedia but there is NO SHUTTLE available. You have to uber from MCO to the hotel, about a 5 minute drive. But since it’s MCO there is a surcharge on uber so it cost us $20 USD. Anyhow, the hotel is falling apart, smells bad, no fan exhaust in the bathroom, deadbolt to the bedroom doesn’t work, and the breakfast options are laughable. Some oranges and bananas, a few dairy products, and some waffles. That’s it. Disappointed overall, even with a room on the top floor.

This property has a very friendly staff and excellent customer service! Despite the condition of the hotel which in my opinion needs a good well renovation, the staff here are serving like a 5 star hotel service.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, but unfortunately, they have a noticeable unpleasant odor. The comforter and bed sheets had yellow stains, which was quite off-putting and gave the impression that cleanliness wasn't a priority. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good, the overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The carpets are very old and need to be replaced, as they contribute to the room’s worn-down atmosphere. While the location is convenient for travelers, I would suggest management pay more attention to maintaining the rooms to ensure they meet higher cleanliness standards.

Great location close to airport and a Waffle House. Hotel had both pool and fitness facility but unfortunately didn’t get to use either of these due to time constraints. Complimentary breakfast served its purpose. Hotel staff was more than willing to hold our luggage all day from when we got off our cruise at 7 am until we returned from a day at Disney at 10 pm. Room was not clean. Even the entrance to the lobby was dirty. Light in our room didn’t work. Floors weren’t clean. Many upgrades necessary for this property.
