My hotel reservation was booked through Expedia and my stay at the hotel for the price was a good value but when I tried to correct what appeared to be an error on my billing and called 888-691-7622 (given to me by an attendant at the hotel desk--and then later verified through a Google search) to have the billing corrected I was hung up on SEVEN times. (I was trying to conduct myself in a professional manner but was highly frustrated that any company would do this.) Finally, I concluded that this was the number for a company that works with Expedia but might not have been Expedia proper. Someone eventually called me back and gave me a better number (800-319-4834). I am sharing this in hopes that no one else calls the first number hoping to find help.

The room was spacious and clean. Check in was terrible cause the computer was down but Crystal was very patient with us and eventually was able to get us our key so we could go to our room.

Unfriendly staff at check in. Breakfast awful. No milk, no bread, no juice only waffles. Staff completely indifferent and not interested. One staff member on her phone the whole time and clearly did not like being disturbed when we asked for milk. Pool was filthy.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe and happy. Grab and go breakfast was well stocked and coffee always made and replaced. Very happy we picked this place!
