For a wyndham, i expected the room to better... nicer. It was very average. We were not in the tower and maybe those are nicer but the side rooms outside the tower are basic at best. Id recommend staying at a disney owned resort over this.

Great Hotel

The hotel was in a perfect location, 5 min walk to Disney Springs, rooms were very clean, everyone was friendly, great buffet breakfast. Easy shuttles to theme parks. Woukd highly recommend.

The hotel lobby was pleasant and smelled delightful! Its location was very convenient for accessing Disney Springs. However, the hotel rooms were somewhat outdated and lacked cleanliness. Additionally, the check-in process was unsatisfactory, as several rooms were not prepared upon arrival.

Closeness to Disney Springs was very good. The property did not accommodate you with a good area for eating outdoors, when you have your own food or order food from outside the property. Staff was very slow, if you asked for any supplies for the room

People selling time shares everytime you return from a long day at the park and they dont take no for an answer. Bugs in the room and gross parking lot outside access. The buses cost money to the parks too.
