Very rude staff and shuttle driver. Basically called us dumb for not knowing if it was our shuttle or not and instead of just telling us said “read the bus and check your schedule “ and continued to fight with us and be rude. We were there from Friday to Monday and our room wasn’t cleaned once so when I called the front desk for new towels and water they told me ok and after two hours I. Had to call again for them to tell us they were over booked.

We loved the resort. Room was comfortable. Pools were great. Restaurant breakfast buffet was really good and the staff was exemplary. Only issue was that we had coffee in a takeout cup on the night stand and in the morning there was a cockroach in it. We forgot to tell the front office before we left.
