We have stayed at this resort for 3 years now, but this will probably be our last. The positives: the beds are SOOOO comfortable! There is everything you need at the resort so you don't have to leave. It comes at a high cost, but it is convenient. The negatives: It seems like the cost continues to rise but the money does not go back into the resort itself. The pool is dirty and has stains of iron down the sides. The carpets smell musty throughout the building. The furniture in the rooms are older. There is a terrible sewage or septic smell outside by the pool and restaurants. I had to call multiple times for coffee, water, or towels bc nobody came to our room to refill anything. We ate at the restaurant bar and I ended up with food poisoning. I have never been so sick in my life. We used to love this property. It's very disappointing!

My stay was comfortable and quiet. Amenities were plentiful and easily accessible. The pool area was clean, the fitness center needed a bit of care as some of the machines were not functioning and some weights were missing plus no yoga mats. Staff was helpful and friendly
