Great location near Parrott, GA
The accommodations were very comfortable and fully equipped. It met all of our expectations and more. The property owners were great to deal with and promptly answered all inquiries. The location is central with short drives to Americus and Albany.

If I could give extra stars for my stay, I would. Jennifer is an awesome host! The service was above and beyond what I could ever expect. The house felt so cozy and comfortable, just like home. This is the perfect stay for peace and quiet. Air conditioning works great, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and house offers a fire pit! Communication with Jennifer has been fantastic, probably my favorite host so far.

A quiet time in the pines...
The property is a well maintained, renovated manufactured home with easy access, sleeping 6 (4 super comfortably), situated just in front of a thick pine stand. The host is exceptional and the home well stocked, and if you're coming in from a more urban area, the night sky is amazing: there's a cotton field just up the road that you can park outside of and see stars that you didn't even know existed!

Clean and comfortable
We stayed for a weekend to explore the local scenery and state parks. I’m spite of being an older unit, it is freshly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it. The owner was very communicative and quick to respond.
